Mentoring System – Whats is it and how it works.

In Goddess of Destruction there will be an Mentoring System that is made for new subscribers and players that have had there account dormant for a very long time.
As you can expect this system was created to help new and returning players to get comfortable, let’s start with explaning about the Mentor

The Mentor

Maximum Contracts
A Mentor can sign an agreement about mentoring up to a maximum of 3 people at the same time.
Keep in mind that the person does NOT have to be in the same clan to be mentored by you.
Mentor qualifications
A Mentor must be level 85 or higher for a contract to be signed, to see if you qualify to become a mentor, Check your friends window ( ALT+ Y )
Benefits of being Mentor
One of the benefits of being a mentor is that you recive buffs that increases your XP and/or SP rate

Mentee’s Mark
Everytime the Mentored player reaches a certain level range “Mentee’s Mark” tokens are mailed to the Mentor, the quantity of the sent tokens are dependent on what level the mentored player reached. These tokens are then used by the Mentor to buy items from the Mentoring Assistant. Items that can be bought from the Mentoring Assistant with the tokens are things like Agrade gems to R95gems and Stones that changes the elemental attributes of the weapon, all from S-Grade to R99. There you can also get items that increases the chance of enchant success, these are the same items the Russian and Korean servers allready have in there item shops.
There are plenty or more items like enchant scrolls, Codex books for enchanting skills for awakened skills, and alot more.

The Mentee

New Lineage2 players and players with accounts that have been dormant for a very long time can sign contracts with a Mentor to become a “Mentee”
Mentors
A New player can only sign contract with one Mentor at a time.
Mentee qualifications
The main class must be lower then level 85, and when you achive level 86 you will automaticly be graduated.
You will also recive a Mentee certificate at start and a evidence of graduation when… you guessed it, when you graduate! Also to be called a dormant account you need to have had your account with no subsription for 3 months.
Mentee’s Benefits
As a Mentee you will as the mentor did recive buffs, but the buffs that the Mentee get are far better then the mentor ones.
The Mentee will recive seven types of buffs from the Iss Enchanter buffs (Pretty much just and extension of the newbie buffs we have today) and the Mentee will also recive a Mentors rune buff that increase the SP and XP gain by 200% when he is gaining experience with the Mentor.
Proof of graduation
If the Mentee achives level 86 he will graduate and can no longer recive the benefits of the Mentor buff, and you then also recive the evidence of graduation. Remember these Medals can be used to buy items at the Mentoring Assistant. NOTE: These items CANNOT be traded and sold to other players.

The Rewards

As said on each gained level of the Mentee the Mentor is mailed a certain number of Mentee Medals, below is the table that shows the amount of medals recived, the level shows what level the Mentee dinged and the Payment number shows how many Mentee medals the Mentor gets. These medals are in there turned used to buy special items at the Mentoring Assistant.
NOTE: These items CANNOT be traded and sold to other players

When the Mentee graduates the Mentor also recives “proof of graduation”, for these he can purchase Rgade items, Check the table below to see what kind of items you can buy with the “Proof of Graduation” from the Mentoring Assistant.

**In US and EU version the mentee medals are called Mentee Coins
***In US and EU version the proof of graduation are called Diplomas
****In US and EU version when you get to lvl 40 and finish your second class change quest you recieve and mentee certificate, and that is the item you will late trade to Diplomas when u no longer need your mentor services. NOTE: You need that item to become someone ones mentee, so dont loose it before lvl 86 so you can take max advantage of the mentor buffs and EXP/SP bonus.
